West Chester Orthodontics is adapting to the changes brought about by the arrival of COVID-19. We have been mandated by the Pennsylvania state governor to close our office in order to maximize availability of personal protective equipment to our essential front line healthcare workers. We have donated masks and medical supplies and are proud to be doing our part to protect our broader community.

With our office closed, we do want to ensure continuity and timeliness of your orthodontic treatment. Thus, we are offering you the opportunity to have a virtual visit.

Simple Steps for your Virtual Visit

Dr. Ferrell would like 6 photos of your teeth; please see below for examples.

Follow these guidelines:

Take timed selfies or have a family member help- you won't be able to take your own photos and hold your phone at the same time
Make sure your flash is ON
Relax your lips and use 2 spoons, rounded sides towards your teeth, to hold your lips away from your teeth
Try to capture only your teeth and lips
If you are in Invisalign or wearing a retainer, please take the photos WITHOUT your aligners/retainer in AND send an extra picture of the edges of your teeth with your aligner/retainer in
