First visit? You can

expect

to smile.

Your time is precious.

Your time is valuable, and we respect that. On your first visit, you'll be greeted warmly by our front desk team and shown how to check-in using our efficient touch screen system. This step notifies us the moment you have arrived, so you will be seen promptly and can leave on-time. This sophisticated software tracks our performance, so we can confidently say you will be seen within 10 minutes of your appointed time, every time.

Ready for your close up?

Our Treatment Coordinator will next guide you through the visit starting with photographs and a panoramic x-ray. Our cutting-edge x-ray technology was chosen with your safety and comfort in mind: it takes a 360-degree image of your mouth, and unlike older equipment, does so with minimal exposure to radiation. A member of our clinical team will then take several portrait-style photographs of your face and close-ups of your smile.

The doctor will see you now.

After your photographs, Dr. Ferrell will join you to review your medical history and evaluate your concerns. Initial consultations are complimentary and never billed to your insurance. All of your questions will be addressed, and you will leave with the following information:

  • The type of treatment we recommend

  • The approximate duration of your treatment

  • A summary of professional fees, insurance benefits and payment options for your treatment

Occasionally, more information, called records, will be required to form a complete treatment plan. Records can be performed on the same day as your consultation, and they include additional x-rays and digital impressions of your mouth using our state-of-the-art iTero intraoral scanner. No more goopy impressions!
